I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They gave great recommendations. the location proved very quiet, and a short walk or tram ride led to the city center. my medium double room was spacious. The bed was also quite comfortable. the photobooth near reception added a unique, fine detail.
i did notice that the in-room amenities were somewhat limited.

the hotel has a stylish design with beautiful spaces. the night receptionist was friendly. the location was very convenient to restaurants and bars.
my room was not cleaned daily, disappointing. the quality of new towels was poor. there was also no bar area for hotel guests to sit in, and the rooms were basic.

I had a large room. it included everything i needed plus a record player!!! there was even a mini basketball hoop. the hotel restaurant was amazing. I enjoyed a great meal there.
a kettle was provided in the room, but there was no instant coffee.

i was a bit bummed that there was no minibar in the room, i really wanted one. also, the cleaning wasn't as thorough as i hoped. finally, i thought the deposit of 25 euros per night was a little much
